Refund policy

At Kozy Basket, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may encounter unforeseen issues. That's why we've provided the following Return and Refund Policy to ensure your peach of mind when shopping with us. 

Returns within 14 days 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if:

1. Your product was damaged during transit; or
2. Product received was not the product ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@kozybasket.com. Return instructions will be provided to you once return is authorized by us. 

Refund Process: 

Once your return is received and verified by our team, we'll expedite the refund process. You can expect your refund to be processed within 10 business days from the date we received your return in our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

10% restocking fees apply. 

Order Modifications and Cancellation:

We understand that circumstances may change, we offer a 24-hour window for order modifications or cancellations. Simply reach out to us, if your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll accommodate your request without issues. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
