When will my order be delivered?

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 12 business days from the date of purchase. We ship from Australian warehouses so there are no overseas delays.

Can I return my product?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Contact us at customerservice@kozybasket.com to start a return.

What can I do if my item is damaged?
